We undertake all types of Lathe Machine reconditioning like: HMT LB 17 / 20 / 25, H 22 / H 26, NH 22 / NH 26,

Nature of Work:
The scope of reconditioning will be as follows:-

1. Dismantling of the machine, sub- systems and through cleaning of all parts.
2. Inspection to identify and decide on the parts to be changed.
3. Grinding & scraping of all axes to restore geometrical alignment and accuracies.
4. Suiting of Gibs.
5. Picturing of slides wherever necessary.
6. Changing of worn out parts like gears, shafts, bearings, screw rods etc.(chargeable Extra).
7. Pre-assembling of parts.
8. Re- assembly of machine.
9. Electrical assembly / repairs including re-wiring.
10. Checking of geometrical alignments.

All replaced parts will be returned with the machine. Further, all parts that need to be changed
will be at our discretion.
